Staff Grants

To enhance student learning experiences, Santa Clara Schools Foundation offers grants to all SCUSD staff members and schools from August 1st through January 31st each year. These grants fund educational projects, classroom resources, and innovative programs that directly benefit students with clear educational value. Applications are encouraged district-wide to ensure equitable distribution of resources. Approved grants operate on a reimbursement basis after purchase receipts are submitted, with checks issued directly to schools for deposit within two weeks. All purchased materials become SCUSD property, and grants cannot fund personal expenses, travel, or staff compensation. View more details and apply below.
