Pencils, Pints, and Pinots: a Fundraiser for Students and Teachers!
The Santa Clara Schools Foundation (SCSF) believes that all students should have the supplies, tools, books, equipment, and experiences that they need in order to thrive. Every day we find out about another unmet need, whether it's pencils or pastels, seedlings or cymbals! Between the school supplies and field trips that we fund, we need approximately $100,000/year to fund all the unmet needs and requests we get. This fundraiser is a fun community event where teachers, school staff, families, and community members can meet each other, try some great wines and beers, and talk about how we can all work together to make our schools even better! Oh, and we'll also hold a silent auction with some great prizes!

What's with the pencils?
Aside from being fun alliteration, it's a simple reminder that our schools still need some very basic supplies. We're hoping to meet (or exceed!) our goal of $25,000 for this event with your help.
How much is a ticket and what do I get with it?
Each ticket is $25 and gains entrance to the event and three drink tokens. You'll spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon getting to know fellow supporters of the Santa Clara Schools. There will also be a raffle with prizes donated by community contributors.
Can I buy more drink tokens at the event?
Yes!
I don't drink. Is there going to be anything for me?
Yes, there will be non-alcoholic drinks available. You'll have an opportunity to mingle with community members, and there will be a raffle with prizes.
