Fellowships

The Santa Clara Schools Foundation Service Learning Fellowship is a structured year-long program that connects motivated high school students with meaningful volunteer opportunities while developing their professional skills and supporting local education initiatives. Fellows serve in key roles including social media management, event coordination, and program leadership, working directly with SCSF staff to execute community projects like the Back-to-School Drive, Farm to Table Dinner, and ongoing foundation outreach efforts. This website was built by SCSF fellows Sarvesh Madullapalli, Kosei Tsukamoto, and Vedant Garg. In addition, fellows serve as part of a student advisory committee and form a student voice in the foundation

The program concludes with a $500 service learning award (with potential matching funds from Mission City Federal Credit Union) and provides fellows with valuable real-world experience for college applications and future careers, while strengthening the bridge between schools and their community.
